Reserved accomadation

Reserved accomadation

Does anyone know why a reserved accomodation is not showing up in my trips? They said payment would be taken out on the 4th of June and I gave card details ect but not showing anything on my app in trips or messages. I also have no emails stating it is reserved? I wanted to cancel this resrvation anyway but just dont want to end up stung paying for it when i cant go.

If you logged in on the correct account and there is no confirmed reservation in it and also no payment is charged, then it seems to me there is no reservation at all.

I suggest to contact the suport team to better understand the current status of this reseervation.
