We are Superhosts with 4.97 rating with over 350 reviews.

A recent guest scored us 5 for every category but then the overall rating was 4. How does that happen. There is no explanation as to why they thought we only a 4. Surely the guest should have to justify their score?

@John5771 Nope - I guess the guest decided they had other criteria that didn't fit the categories so they marked you down overall.
