Review aribnb intended to remove

Hello

Airbnb removed a review personal and humiliating , refers to other non-existent guest reviews,  and is from someone who never showed up for their reservation   ("Chelsea")

The guest had to cancel on the same day under a strict refund policy and I offered half back.  She send friends to spill garbage , make a mess  for one night and call airbnb  withhout calliing me) for a refund .  I had cleaning receipts, and linen laundering receipts .  The cleaning people take  photos.  The garbage was from a fast food place that is not in my town-- but is in theirs.

Airbnb did a three day investigation and suppressed the review since  Airbnb determined there were no cleanliness violations . Airbn  told me the person would be banned from the community.  I have secreen shots of all the correspndence

A month later I got a call from the an ambassador named "josephine" telling me they have reinvestigated the review and reposted it  because it did not violate the content policy;

The review is so humiliating and degrading,  and personal, I want to deactivate my profile.  Air BNB knows it is false, and took it down, and the content on its face violates policy.

To top it off , the guest is stalking me on my personal social media

That does sound like a horrible experience. However, it's really hard to tell whether your side of the story or the guests' side of the story are closer to the truth or it's something in the middle. You only have 14 reviews for that listing, and three of them mention cleanliness issues, which is not great, to be honest. some of the things guests complain about RE cleanliness, you complain about guests doing themselves when they leave the listing. Are you not making sure your cleaning crew goes in and thoroughly cleans in between stays, or are you relying on guests to leave the place clean enough for the next ones?
