I would like to ask about the review made by a client. He gave me 5 stars in all. But his total rating is 4 stars. How is this done? .

Overall rating is its own category entirely. It is not calculated as the average of all categories. Guest can rate every other category 5, and still choose to give overall as 4, for whatever reason they might have.
