I had a booking this weekend for a doctor who was providing cover for my employers. She had an issue with the heating on check in. I will attach my conversation with the doctor and the conversation with the host.
After my interaction with the host I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t want to continue the booking so I contacted Airbnb support. After many back and forth a they eventually sided with the host and I was left out of pocket.
Am I wrong in thinking that the hosts behavior wasn’t acceptable?
