SMS and phone calls not send and then block for 24 hours

Hello, 

I am trying to finish the booking but when I entered my phone number the SMS and phone calls are not made, now they blocked me for 24 hours, even if I try to update my profile I can not because it blocks for 24 hours and I am afraid if I keep trying is adding 24 hours extra each time. 

Please kindly advise.

If it becomes restricted due to multiple attempts, the best option is to try again after 24 hours.

Thank you for your help. I have contacted the support team today and I was advised to wait a few more hours.

The problem was solved, but because of the 24 hours block, I lost my reservation. It is very disappointed.
