Same day booking

We started declining same day bookings if they are longer stays. We found these to be traveling workers, and they generally trash the place. Anyone else have this problem?

Airbnb computer measures your declines and not positively.I would suggedst either turn off same day booking if the appropriate guest don't use.  The orher is change maxinun days which decreases the interest for that group.

For me, last-minute bookings are usually for one night and they're usually great guests. If this is your experience as well, you can discourage longer last-minute bookings by dropping the price on the very near dates only.

So someone booking one night gets a great deal, but someone looking to book 6 nights last minute, is still seeing the full price for the majority of the nights.
