There's no way to link a screen shot in this conversation.  The listing is

airbnb.com/h/beachonebedroom

I have sent numerous screen shots and I have been told this cannot be manually overriden.  If you can solve this problem that's great, but otherwise I will be complaining publicly about my lost business and lack of response from. Airbnb.

Can you explain in more detail where you are trying to upload a screenshot to? 

Why are you losing business, what happened? 

We are only community members here (not Airbnb support), but perhaps someone can give advice if you explain the issue.

The screen shot is of my listing showing the heading "Apartment in Scarborough".  My apartment in NOT in Scarborough.  Scarborough is a less desirable neighbourhood that many guests would not choose to stay.

I want that heading, which was automatically added by Airbnb's system, removed.  For 9 years the heading was "Toronto Beaches, Bright 1 Bedroom".  There is a huge difference in desirability and price!
