Setting up different booking parameters during different times of the year.

I am having a difficult time setting up booking parameters for "Available days of the week" during different times of the year.  We have a lake house, and in the summer prime months we like to book 7-day rentals, Saturday to Saturday.  The rest of the year, we would like to open up or booking availability to anytime, with a minimum of three days, and check in and check out can be anytime of the week.  I called Customer Service, and they said it can't be done.  I don't believe that is the case.  Is there a way that I can set up different booking parameters such as minimum night stay and different check in & out days during different times of the year.  Or is there a third-party app that can control this for me?

Airbnb customer service is wrong...it can be done.

You'll need to turn on Professional Hosting Tools and create Rule Sets for different min stays to apply to specific dates on your calendar. There will be a new calendar after turning on Professional Hosting Tools called the multicalendar (you'll still be able to switch to the regular calendar view if needed). The multicalendar is only available on the desktop though, not the App. All hosts can use Pro tools, even if you only have one listing. Here is a Guide on how to use Pro Tools and Rules Sets:
