@Bhumika I’m glad you found the tips helpful. Even if they make a difference for just one sincere host in simplifying their hosting journey, it’s worth putting them together.

I fell in love with all things AirBnB the very first time I stayed at a stranger’s home in Florence, Italy back in 2015. From being a wide-eyed guest to setting up my first makeshift office + sleep pod property, my journey with hosting has been nothing short of transformative. What began as curiosity turned into passion - not just for hosting, but for sharing my learnings with others.

This passion eventually led to the creation of "AirBnB Growth Hub" in 2020. Today, after 10+ years of globetrotting as an Airbnb guest, 8+ years as a Superhost, and 5+ years as a personal Airbnb Coach, my mission remains the same: helping aspiring and struggling hosts build thriving, guest-loved AirBnB businesses.

Hi @Elisa ,

A guest wrote in his review, "the house is so beautiful and challenges our motivation to go outside".  I love this statement. It's a great house in a beautiful setting. I use this statement often in our marketing. 

We are in a location that is for hiking, biking, skiing, all the things, and our home is like one of the activities. I love that I can use what a guest said versus saying it myself as the host, which is less authentic.
