Hi, can anyone please advise me on where I can find the app to help with the application of the 15.5% service fee

it should be in the message Airbnb sent you about the subject.

Otherwise use this (has a "get started" button in it):

Thanks so much for your reply Emiel1. I tried this with the  emai I received from Airbnb , but the Get Started button keeps jumping back to the email, not leading to the actual app advertised in their youtube clip. 

Any idea why?

i received the email too and the "get started" option brings me to the right pages.

But i only use the website (not the app, so do not know why it does not work)

Please note: Replace ".com" in the link with the Airbnb local site you are using.

It seems to me your are in Italy ?
