Single Service Fee

How does one best explain to our guests the listed increase in price as a result of the single service fee?  I have repeat customers and fear a decrease in bookings as a result .

The guest will see almost same total price when booking.

They need to get used to it the Guest Service Fee is now included in the renting price.

Which is not very transparent, but that's another story.....
