Smuggling in extra guests

Guests booked for two people sharing one room but then messaged asking for 2 car parking spaces? On arrival they signed the registration for 2 guests sharing one room but asked for a second set of keys. On departure two bedrooms had been used, all the towels and goods wiped out. On checking the ring doorbell and cctv we can clearly see the guests covering the ring doorbell camera and covertly sneaking 2 additional guests in and out staying over night for the duration of the booking. When challenged the guests denied all and complained that they were being surveilled!

Can we force the extra un paid guests to leave if discovered early and can we also eject the paying guests for breaking the house house rules and the LAW.

@Chris16911 Given the size of your extra guest fees you are always going to experience problems. If I  were you I would split the listing into a 2 bed and a 1 bed and lock the 2nd bedroom when the 1 bed is rented. Not sure what law you think the guests were breaking as it is purely a civil matter.

@Chris16911 I have 3 bedrooms, I hosted a guest who registered herself but brought someone else with her, the next 2 days she requested 4 more guests to spend a night with her.  I made her aware of the extra guest who she brought and unregistered, and told her of the Cameras outside the house. She had brought the 4 guests into the house even though she had earlier stated she will meet them somewhere.  I made her aware of the importance of registering everyone that's been hosting due to safety concerns and insurance likewise. I consulted with Airbnb to politely send the rest of the guests away.  After that she informed me of one person that will stay the last night with her to assist in parking her belongings. It's good to let them know ahead of time to send them out.
