I looked at your listing and saw the message below when using the booking form.
I did not see this before on Airbnb. (?)

This is something that the host can now choose when setting up their listing. You can read more about it here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/3320
I personally do not recommend new hosts choose this as an option as it can really limit the number of guests who will see their listing. What are your thoughts?

I think it indeed can give some new hosts "peace of mind" whens starting hosting.
According to the article an" Experienced guest" is not exactly defined.
But at least they "did not broken Airbnb policies—or house rules" !
And the note at the end makes me smile:
"Experienced guest status isn’t an endorsement of guests by Airbnb."
Yes I agree @Emiel1. However by your screenshot you would not be able to book this listing and I am sure you would be a great guest.
