Streamline Stay Solutions experience

I have a request to book for a month thru Streamlined Stay Solutions. They request the bnb address and a showing prior to booking. Has anyone dealt with this company before?  I’ve asked for more info about the guest but they haven’t provided yet.  I’ve also asked for guarantee of any misuse or damages.  They just insist on the address first. Any advice?
