Has anyone had an experience with this company?  They seem like a legitimate company, but they are asking for the address and to view the house before they book.

Like a third party booking.

As a superhost you will know Airbnb don't allow third party bookings and they that they don't allow hosts and guests to share contact details before booking.  @Beverly198 

Personally when guests request this I explain all the information they need to make a booking is contained in the listing so they don't need to visit and Airbnb doesn't allowing sharing of contact details before booking.

Hello, yes we currently have 16 bookings through Airbnb all for insurance relocations. You can also Google us. Our website is https://streamlinedstays.com/. Our clients often need to see the property before we book, hence we need the address to get the approval first.
