Hi and welcome, its wonderful to be able to make a difference and give somone that special holiday that they may have been looking forward to for months.  I wanted to rech out to all hosts in Kerala, there are lovely people doing this business, and I always try to pick one airbnb every trip that looks way cooler than the rest, not always by aminities but by location and experience.  I look forward to meeting more hosts from around Trivandrum and also Kerala that we have opportunity to trade stories and experiances and also advise guests on where next, that they can have that special Kerala experiance and also provide tips and tricks of the trade freely to help a fellow Airbnbian.

Congrats! It’s a great hobby or passive income source. You can reach me anytime and catch up on weekends.  It’s not quantity but quality, that’s my advice, hotels cannot compete with Airbnb, the simple reason is personalised service.   You need to put yourself in your guests shoes and think of everything you would like to have when out of town at arms reach.  This could build your reputation and over time repeat guests.

@Ruben-Gerad0 I do agree and resonate with the idea that Airbnb  hosts are 'allowing all people to 'have a holiday' . that would sum up my personal attitude as well. all the best to all your hosting . i am sure all your guests will be happy to be at your Airbnb.  Good Luck... H
