Does any hosts have any experiences with having a Super Bowl come to your town and what to charge? I have. 3 BR2 BA home.

I strongly suggest getting Pricelabs! It’s worth the monthly fee of $20. It researches your area and updates your pricing for you based on events in area and what other Airbnbs with your same dynamics are charging!
