Hi can any one help me I have been a Airbnb superhost for 3 years now with 5 star reviews over them 3 years I mainly target long term working professionals and it was a nice experience

but I have one guest last week who had booked 48 nights and with in a week she wanted to extend her stay

but one evening late on 11pm she brought a male friend  back “this is something I don’t do the booking are for one guest only and I make this very clear “

so I approached them and asked if the no paying guest could please leave he got mad and hit me

I rang the police and Airbnb surport who were shocking in supporting me in that situation

the police took the man away and I asked the guest to leave also and I would refund her

the next day Airbnb have suspended all my listings and with out any email etc !
this has been going on for over a week now I get one text a day asking for more info

Airbnb making it out as if I am under arrest and punishing myself after been attacked in my own accommodation and I feel like they will suspend me indefinitely

should I just walk away from Airbnb after I have so much over the last 3 years

I am so sorry this is happening to you @Ryan4042

Firstly,  that you were assaulted - then for you to be suspended rather than supported by Airbnb  when you are attacked by the visitor of a guest is truly disgusting even by Airbnb's low standards of customer care .

personally I would call them out about this publicly on their social media

@Quincy can you help?

@Ryan4042

So sorry this happened...

Airbnb routinely suspends listings while they "investigate" - the process usually takes 10 business days. I would be sure you have a copy of the police report and any other evidence (photos/video). Unfortunately, you'll have to wait on Airbnb to complete their investigation. I'm sure the guest told Airbnb a very different story about what happened.

I always suggest to my Host clients they list on other platforms and/or have a Direct Booking site, just in case this happens.
