Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience from one of the hosts premises.

I turned up on Christmas however was driving around for about 25 minutes as the address on e.booking and Airbnb was incorrect. 

Called the host several times and couldn't get through to him. Finally when I fis he messaged me with another address as the council apparently kept changing it.

Toilet was blocked and hairs were in the bed. When I informed the host he refused to call back and corresponded intermittently via messages. 

He said there was no issue and didn't bother helping. I was with my 2 year old and stuck in an apartment with a blocked toilet.

He messaged he would refund me but its been a week and no refund. E.booking have tried contacting but no response. Noone can hold of him. I've lost over £100.00 on the booking plus having to source alternative accommodation that night as we required a toilet.

I don't know what to do.
