The automated review removal

How come guests who never showed up and then next day they demand full refund and send insulting messages calling host hungry person and then leave 1 star review that upon filing the removal form I received automated response saying that review follows policy ! 

How come is this happening to us 😭 the policy is clear about no show guests cant leave reviews and when the review check was manual , all this kind of reviews were immediately removed ! But imagine someone rate everything 1 star while they never experienced it and then they tell me review won't be removed ! I am scared

What can we do as hosts in this case ? The support ambassador give copy paste responses.

All I ask is that Airbnb apply their own policy, when guest don't show up they simply can't leave reviews as per policy as they don't have any information to give but they simply leave revenge reviews after host doesn't refund
