I am not sure this is the best place (I have a similar problem.) It states in Step 1:

"**Please note that currently, the service is available only in France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Germany, Canada, the UK, and selected U.S. states (Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, California, and Florida)."

Brooklyn is not covered.
