On the occasions i have used Airbnb support i have found their lack of knowledge or ability to help very poor. Im getting fed up of the first 4 paragraph of any Support reply being from an autobot telling me how great I am and then the 1 human contribution failing to address any of my concerns. I thought I could do this job so much better. Sadly all Support is outsourced and the Support are not allowed to talk about the company that employs them. So how do I apply? Native English speaker working remotely with 2 listing who is a Superhost. Note please nobody say airbnb careers email id Thank you for any help
I just found this old message, I followed your advice and was happily working as an Airbnb Community Expert for Directly/On Demand/Movate until it all suddenly stopped last year. Really miss it and I was wondering where everybody went. I had a good 6 months but some had been there for years like yourself. Do we know who now has the Airbnb Chat contract?, Im still a Superhost and would love to get back into it. Thanks Ian
Could anybody tell me why airbnb support dos't work? I've been trying to contact support for over a month! No answer (( How should I book something on Airbnb if I can’t get help in case of deception by the host? 2) There are many properties on Airbnb that are located differently from where stated 3) There is an item on Airbnb that is not currently working, but I almost paid for it! Why is it present and its relevance is not checked in any way? (
