Thief company airbnb policy

Airbnb is a fraudster and thief. they take money for renting unverified apartments, and if someone complains, they do everything to confuse the matter until check-out time. They rented me a ruined , a dirty apartment with no normal living conditions, they took money for it and when I demanded a refund, they did everything to prevent me from getting it. They are thieves and fraudsters.
This is the last time I use the services of this pseudo company, and I will delete my account as soon as possible.A
