Turnin off lights and air conditioner

Hello community, what would be a friendly reminder for guests to turn off air conditioner and turn off lights when they are outside of the property. Thank you in advance.

Do you do an in person welcome tour when the guests check in? I find that is the best time to kindly remind them to do these things. They don't remember otherwise...
