I am writing because I am experiencing several ongoing issues with my host account that are significantly affecting my ability to communicate with guests and manage payments.
Concealed Phone Numbers Airbnb currently conceals guest phone numbers. Because I live in a rural area with inconsistent reception, texting is often the only reliable form of communication. When Airbnb routes calls or messages through different proxy numbers, my guests frequently do not recognize the number and do not respond. Likewise, when guests call me from concealed numbers, I may not answer because I do not recognize the number. This system creates confusion and makes it difficult to communicate effectively with my guests.
Fast Pay Deposits Not Processing Correctly My account indicates that I have Fast Pay enabled; however, deposits are not arriving within the expected timeframe. Instead of receiving funds within 30 minutes, payments are taking approximately three days to appear in my account.
Unable to Update Debit Card I recently changed banks and need to update the debit card associated with my account. The system will not allow me to make this change. I need assistance updating my payment method so future payouts are processed correctly.
Customer Service Concerns Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve these issues through customer service have been extremely frustrating. The response time and lack of resolution have made it difficult to manage my listing and guest experience.
