Hello. How should I proceed if a guest does not disclose a pet when booking but shows up with a dog?

It depends is it a pet free property ? 

what did the guest say when you asked them about the undisclosed pet.

I will address brining the pet clearly violate out not pet policy if you have it listed that way, offer places where they can boarding the dog or if they refuse ask them $200 for the special cleaning fee. If the dog damage something that will address separately .
