I got an inquiry today from a lawn care company telling me how I should hire them. I called Airbnb and I got even more furious! What the person told me was that she will document the “incident “ and I should do a FEEDBACK, I told her instead of making me putting even more time into this, Airbnb should send a message to these business to let them know that this is not a platform for free advertising! Also put out a warning to businesses who has no intention to make a reservation, if this ever happens again, they will have to pay both Airbnb and the host!!! In the end, I feel nothing will get done, more and more businesses will use this method to advertise for free !!!!!!!!!
