I am really concerned with booking status in December 2025. I started in Nov 2025 and my property was booked throughout until Nov 30. Somehow, I had minimum inquiries in Dec 2025. Visibility went down to 25% as compared to Nov's visibility. Zero bookings until Dec 27th given the neighborhood location was mostly booked. My price is 30th percentile of the neighborhood's price. I get insights from Price lab and my price gets adjusted everyday. I made many changes; instant booking is turned on, minimum night is decreased to 2 from 3, added 2 mattresses for the families to find the property in search.
Airbnb's New Listing Promotion lasts until you get your first three bookings (or until 30 days pass, whichever happens first).
So it's normal for things to slow down when your price increases, the new listing promotion wears off and you compete with all the other listings. You seem to be keeping an eye on it and making plans to get more bookings, so you'll likely do well!
