We have a 4 week inquiry, any way to adjust cancellation policy so we aren't left holding the bag?
So, 4 week inquiry for early next year. Our cancellation policy is full refund 5 days prior to check in. If these guests were to cancel 5 days prior, we are likely out 4 weeks of revenue unless we get some last minute bookings.
Is there any way to send a "special offer" that maybe offers a discount for the 4 week stay but also changes the cancellation policy to be more strict just for this one booking?
