Website won't load

For the past few days when I try to open the Airbnb site (Firefox, Win 10 laptop) it just does that pulsing grey thing and doesn't load.

Would you like to give this a try?

• Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
• Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
• Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Let me know if you're still encountering the problem afterward.

You can also try using Chrome instead of Firefox.

It has done the same to me on chrome.  I have done what the lady suggested above but it takes out all my other icons, so I have to fill in password etc on all my other stuff I want to go on.  It is a total pain.  Now started to do the same on Bing.  Only the Airbnb website won't come up.
