I am a newer host, who is more experienced in private long-term rentals. I currently have an inquiry for a person to book weekly for 3 to 4 months paying weekly. Thoughts? How would I correctly go about this or is that even possible?

Thanks Joan. I’m aware. Will be finalizing some more things this week. My question about the week by week has been answered, and I declined the request. It was definitely off to me.
Airbnb handles all payments. Airbnb doesn't allow weekly payments for monthly bookings.
Monthly Bookings - Payments

The guest would have to have separate reservations for each weekly booking and pay for them separately in order to only pay by the week. The problem with this is you would have to block your calendar for the entire period and then open it up just for them. Not a great idea for search rank and your business. Also, the guest would have to create a new reservation for each week.
This is not a good scenario for a Host. This guest could say they will continue to book, but may not. Meanwhile you have blocked your calendar for them and possibly miss out on other long term stays that can afford to pay by the month.
Also, there are a lot of pitfalls with accepting monthly stays on Airbnb. Below is a Guide to Monthly Stays on Airbnb:

Just noticed this...
You have 4 beds but your subtitle only says 3 beds? Looks like you need to add the bed size to one of the bedroom photos under sleeping arrangements on the photo. That will then correct your number of beds in the subtitle.
