Thank you so much for the welcome!  So excited to actually get to host some amazing people at our house.  A year ago I never dreamed of doing this so never say never.  This a great experience and I plan to keep striving to make our cute little house a great place for people to stay.  We are in a very rural area so peace and quiet is easy to offer.

4 in a row! Super excited to get rewards for the hard work it takes to maintain super host for a year! 

 

Please reconsider changing messages back to the way they were.  It's SO HARD to keep track of guests who repeat bookings (freely return because they love our space) with the new system.  

 

Super grateful for a platform that has returned the focus to support hosts in a tough society with ever changing expectations.

Hi! 

so thrilled to be a part of the super host community!!! 

I am currently bursting of joy and now more than ever plan on working harder!

if anyone has tips please share. Ive had my airbnb running for 3 months now (newby) absolutely enjoy every single bit of it, we've had last minute cancellation and guest asking for a full refund, we had our first party shutdown ! (that was a wild night ) . we always try to make the guest feel heard and understood and come up with solutions for them, however sometimes it can be challenging with guest expecting too much.

 

This is my first airbnb and I am currently working on obtaining my second property. 

The airbnb support has been helpful whenever i have questions or need a refund.

 

overall so excited to be a part of this community and I look forward on making connections with everyone here!

Handling last-minute cancellations, refund requests, and even a party shutdown can definitely be challenging, but it sounds like you're handling these situations with grace and finding solutions for your guests, what strategies have you used to get through these challenges?
