Hi, Bhumika! We are very honored to be named Superhosts. 

The top tip is communication - since our place is in the DR, most guests are from out of the country. Making sure they have what they need and know exactly what to expect is key. Multiple touch points before they arrive and when they do makes them feel cared for. 

And being available is also important - answering questions about what to do and where to go. There is a level of "concierge service" required. We've enjoyed doing that and have done so to great success.
