Thank you so much for the congratulations! 🙌 Actually, this is my second year as a Superhost, but it’s my first time being part of the community center, and I’m really excited to be here!

 

As for goals, I definitely have a few in mind—mainly to improve the guest experience even more and to keep building on the positive reviews. I’m also focusing on staying consistent and making my space even more welcoming for everyone.

Hi. 

I only started renting on Airbnb last year. It was a very interesting year. I want more guests who travel through Airbnb because they are truly the best guests and it pays to make the maximum effort for them, which is what I do.

Hi I’m Stefanie from Belgium. We joined AirBnB since July 2024. It has been a great journey and very excited to join the super host community with our listing La Ronce Home! Looking forward to learning from you all

I had an immaculate record until that one guest. You will always have that one person that mad at life. They lie and make up stuff just to ruin your record. Even worse is some of the employees at air bnb. They don’t care as others do. They should have a dept for these type of guest making you look bad. Other than that I’m about to open up my third air bnb.

Basically role with the punches, again you will always get that one Debbie downer. On the bright side I make sure that when someone comes in your reputation is on the line and I make sure that their accommodations are always a 5*. The competition is getting more and more intense but when you make an air bnb you have to make it pop. The extras always help where when they are about to book a place in your area and come across yours they click on it right away, I want to stay there! That’s what I’m doing for my third as well. My placed stand out because of the extra money I put into them.
