I’ve been a co-host for investment properties since 2020, when my son, a Naval Officer had just purchased his first home in Jax Beach and was then deployed, leaving a demo’d house to finish and list. I went on to cohost his home for 3 years, until he rented it long term! I was a super host during the majority of that time and came to realize how much I loved cohosting short term rentals. I love every aspect of co-hosting….from staging to customer service and involvement in every aspect of property management. I now manage three short term rentals and one long-term rental in the Saint Petersburg/Tampa area. Nice to meet you all!

Our little log cabin on Lake Gaston, North Carolina is our happy place, so it's gratifying to know that our guests feel the same way. Over our three years as hosts, we are seeing some the same folks return again and again. I guess we must be doing something right, but I'll give all the credit to the location. It's just peaceful and a great place to unwind.

Hi. We are new super host. We have a studio guest house in wine country California USA

we allow pets and we have registered our property as a Monarch Butterfly Waystation   We have lots of flower gardens and have been planting lots of milkweed for the butterflies 🦋
