Hi everyone, I’ve been hosting on Airbnb for a while, and I notice that even when I respond quickly to guests, sometimes reviews are still neutral or negative. I want to improve communication, make guests feel welcome, and increase the chances of getting 5-star reviews. What strategies or tips have worked for other hosts in similar situations?
