What to do?

We started as hosts 3 weeks ago, and got the first couple who should stay 1 week, they had suffered a water damage in their flat.

After one week the extended for another week, and one more week. Since we were new, we had no other bookings, so it was ok.

Then I got a request for 20.2. which I confirmed. I told the guests about it. 

Today they will tell me how long they will stay, possible till the end of february. Then I have a conflickt with the guests who shall arrive the 20.2. What do I do? Force the staying guests to leave on the 20.? or cancel the upcomming stay?

@Kjell16 If you are serious about being in the short term rental business then say sorry to the existing guests and say they will have to find another place on 19/20 Feb. If you cancel the new guest you will ruin their trip, rightfully be penalised, and get a review saying you cancelled their stay xx days prior to arrival. All of the above would be a really bad start to your listing.
