When ABNB reviews listing due to poor reviews

Im trying to educate guests about how ratings effect the platform algorithms. Is there a rating trigger point on the ABNB side? Seem like i read 4.3 was a trigger point but cant find anything elsewhere. I had someone give me a 4 and said they would have given me a 4.75 but my black makeup wash cloth rinsed some dye into the water and she worried we hadn't prewashed the towel.

How are you trying to educate guests about the importance of their ratings?

What was the review that this guest left for you? Did they mention anything about the make-up washcloth?
