I will be offering for a fee to our guests if they would like something added to my vacation rental property for say, anniversary, birthday's, honeymoon, etc.
Where would you list this that we are offering this service?
All responses are greatly appreciated.

@Heidi639 I agree with Emiel that if it's a matter of a few balloons, that isn't something you should charge for. Some hosts, if knowing that their guests are coming to celebrate an anniversary, or for their honeymoon, will leave a complimentary bottle of bubbly and some flowers or chocolates, and a card, and you can bet that will likely lead to a glowing review. ( Of course doing such things would depend on a host's price point- a budget listing couldn't very well soak their profit margin into champagne and flowers)
There are some hosts who have side businesses, like yoga classes, horseback rides, or whatever, that a guest could also take advantage of for a fee and you would mention such things in your description.
But the decorating for a special occasion idea is tricky, because you don't want to encourage parties- that can lead to no end of problems and get you booted off Airbnb. I see on your review page that you already had an issue with noisy neighbors- you don't want to be "that" host who facilitates parties and disturbs your neighbor's guests. 🙂
You can only mention it in the description. But IMO no a good idea to charge guest for a few balloons or a "happy birthday" sign ....
Thanks @Emiel1, but it wouldn't just be balloons.
There may be times they want a dozen roses, flowers, wine, rose petals, or anything else that they would think of.
Dozen roses are expensive nowadays.
Balloons, I wouldn't charge for.

@Sarah977 Exactly with any sort of alcohol.
It was just a thought if I should do something like this.
Some guests don't tell me that they have a special occasion, but that is something I can ask after they book.
Unfortunately, the property that is next to me is ran by a slum property management company and they allow teenagers to stay there, which I don't even know how they get away with that being the resort age requirement is 21 or older.
But, I know this happens and people lie about their age.
Noisy neighbors?
Who?
By the way, I did the balloons, flowers and gifts at no charge to my guests for about a month and that was it.
It got too expensive on my end to do this all the time.
