Airbnb customer care is the worst experience I ever made. I am waiting since 13 months for a host insurance answer after I got almost killed in an Airbnb accommodation. No help from Airbnb. Just empty words and non sense messages with bla bla. Or Airbnb close tickets immediately with mentioning there is already an open case from 2023.
Never use Airbnb again. Booking dot com is way better and more trustful

if you incurred costs as a result of this I wouldn't have waited 13 months but would have taken Airbnb to small claims court after a month if they stopped communicating .
