airBnB not fair when it comes to conflict resolution, baised towards host.

Recently a property in Vida Marina Dubai claimed for Sofa stains on the balcony and floor towel in washroom right after I had given my review (positive).  We did not cause the balcony sofa stains because we did not use it but I agreed to pay for the towel stains in the appeal.

but airBnB refused to accept appeal and said that I failed to provide any photo evidence. What photo evidences airBnB expects ? Are we supposed to take pictures of every corner, everything in the apartment at the time of checking and send it to airBnB or host as proofs for any later refute ? Its so unpractical. 

The property had first ever review from me but I had 7 years of history with airBnB where nobody claimed any damages and all my reviews mention how tidy I left the apartment. But. here, airBnB would side with host who has zero review.

I dont know what kind of proofs airBnB was expecting of not causing the damage to property.
