booking problems

while I am a new co-host, the actually owner getting more involved with my property I can now no longer book with with other owners. It will not let me add any of my credit cards. (there all good and up to date.) Airbnb got a rep on the phone but she could only repeat, please check your information inputed (after 12 attempts on three cards, its not me.) is this common? Could the other co-host name be associated with my personal account? my picture is on the icon at top left. I have no idea what to do to make my own booking and if its happening to me its happening to others.

looking at the listing you are the main host and Ray is the cohost 

I'm a cohost and don't have any issues booking with Airbnb.

And  sorry I know you didn't ask but Airbnb do suspend listings that fall below 4.6 - seeing these as low performing listings. 

So you probably want to look at addressing some of the ongoing issues your guests  has been complaining about including cleanliness, self check in codes not working etc. if you want to avoid this happening.
