i have my Cancellation policy to moderate, which means guest has 5 days prior to check in to cancel. well i have a gust within those 5 days so they are in the window where the cancellation fee will be in effect. after talking to the guest i am willing to offer them a full refund with no penalty. how would i go about doing that. making sure the guest isnt charged a fee. thank you
@Jesus705 Ask the guest to cancel or you will have to pay penalties and then simply fpollow the prompts to refund. do not refund from money you do not have yet because otherwise the guest will recieve two refunds , one paid out of your pocket . If the guest cancels soon enough then your days will reopen for booking. If the guest does not cancel then your days will not open. H
Tell your guest that if they cancel you will provide a full refund .H
