Hi,

I was asked to give my rating immediately after my experience when i still did not receive the final deliverables. I gave a rating of 4 and some general comments about the experience and was questioned by the provider why i did not give a rating of 5. Due to this they are now not giving me my final deliverables. Is there any way I can do any justice and update the review to what has happened?

@Jen9293 what is the host not delivering? I would call Airbnb and ask them to deal with the host. Sadly you cannot update a review once it is posted.

It is a photography session, and I supposed to have 10 edited pics.

After the photography session I was hounded by them to give a review. I didnt quite had a good experience at the photography session but despite this I was thinking maybe the photos might turn out decent after all so I gave a rating of 4. After the rating I was immediately question by the host why my rating was only 4 and not 5. That's what I am worried about if I gave a low rating I might not get my photos and deliverables. in the end the photos are indeed disappointing but I managed to select 10 for them to do editing yet they totally did not response to it. I guess they know I can't do anything to them anymore that's why they don't bother with me since I gave them a rating of 4..

 

I am seeking Airbnb support to help me contact them . Hopefully some positive outcome from their end.
