guests' details

I've had a problem with a previous guest who has not yet sent me her details. What can I do? I must declare the revenue to my tax department and the deadline has expired.

@Ifigenia5 I fear there is nothing you can do. Hopefully the authorities will not spot the lacking data. In future make sure your house rules require ID details are given prior/at check in.
