Sign...so sorry this is happening.
Don't believe Airbnb CS when they say the guest won't be able to leave a review due to their "investigation". Everything I'm reading here on the forums says they will be able to leave a review and you will have an uphill battle getting it removed. This is a direct result of Airbnb turning over review disputes to AI this year.
IMHO, if an investigation concludes that the Host is correct in their concerns, the system should automatically block the guest from leaving a review - it doesn't.
Suggest your type Retaliatory Review in teh search box and read through other similar situations and what Hosts have done. At a minimum, I would be sure to keep screenshots of all conversations via text or on the platform with this guest including any messages with CS (they have a tendency to "disappear"). If you have photo and video evidence I would hold on to that as well.
