I see loads of potential with your super cute country home, it just needs some fine tuning.
Your listing description is sparse. You can have 500 characters for your short description and loads more for the longer description. There are many sections to your listing that can be filled out.
Who travesl to Alberta Canada? What do they do there? What are the attractions that people would like to visit? Those are the things that you should be speaking about in your description.
If you are new to hosting you may not know who your ideal guest is, so for now speak to the type of guest that would be your ideal guest. Are they multi generational families, hunters, corporate retreats etc?
You list in your amenities that you have a BBQ grill, outdoor dining, outdoor furniture and fire pit. I did not see any photos of these amentities. These are huge amenities and score very high on the guest must have list.
You also have work space provided, I did not see a desk for remote work.
The space has loads of potential you just need to get it set up to be more welcoming. Some beds are not made and don't have linens or pillows on them, the dining room table could have placemats or center piece. I did not see a coffee maker on the counter or any other type of kitchen ware that would appeal to guests.
Think of it like you were selling the home with a real estate agent and you needed to get top dollar for it to buy your next home. You would have artwork on the walls, area rugs, plants, soft textiles, pillows, blankets, towels left out just so and a plate of chocolate chip cookies cooling on the countertop 😀
Photos are the first thing that a guest sees while they are searching and you want to stop that scroll by providing something interesting, welcoming as well as inviting.
Lastly, your title is OK but could be better. Here is what I would choose,
Farmhouse Retreat Pigeon Lake BBQ Grill Fire Pit
One more thing- In your amenities it says no AC. Please be sure to add this in your listing description when you go into more detail about the home as well as under things to know section.
