passport verification keeps failing

Hi,

I uploaded a copy of my passport made with the official app of the Dutch Government (to protect me from identity fraude). That failed. After that I uploaded a high resolution copy of my passport with a black bar where my BSN is visible (mandatory by Dutch law!). My name, date of birth, other info and photo ar crystal clear, but the site keeps telling me that the copy is not oke.

What can I do now?

Hi @Jachin0 

You will have to contact Airbnb to get this resolved. Only they can approve your form of ID or disapprove it. They may have some other options for you, but you have to speak to them about why they are not accepting your passport. 😔
