I have a guest that has booked in for a few months from now and she said she would pay deposit and then pay the full amount on the 10 August,   for some reason the full amount has come out, is there any way of this being fixed

If this guest was offered a payment plan by Airbnb, then she can accept it and pay accordingly.

Probably she did not select it or she decided still to pay the full amount:

Payment issues are a matter between the guest and Airbnb, so the guest need to contact Airbnb support.

 

ok thanks she said she did but it came out anyway so I have asked her to reach out to air bnb as they hold the money not us
